Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for managing and maintaining various business intelligence (BI) reports and tools in the company's Poland office.
2. Develop and build BI reports to provide insights into business performance and support decision-making.
3. Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement digital tools to improve business efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Monitor and track the performance of digital tools, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
6. Provide training and support to end-users on BI reports and digital tools.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, IT, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and support, preferably with experience in a multinational company or a regional office.
3. Proficiency in hardware and software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
4. Familiarity with network systems, security protocols, and data protection measures.
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with colleagues in Poland and other locations.
6. Proactive attitude, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
7. Proficient in English, able to read and write English materials and communicate with foreign personnel, and proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
